Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
At Apex Dalat, our Quality Control (QC) Department plays a vital role in ensuring that every garment meets our strict quality standards before delivery to customers.
Our QC team consists of 4 highly experienced quality inspectors, each with more than 20 years of experience in garment and knitwear quality control. Their extensive knowledge and expertise enable them to identify potential quality issues accurately and ensure that all products meet customer specifications.
Quality Control Procedures
In-Process Inspection: Inspect garments during linking, sewing, embroidery, and finishing to identify and correct defects at an early stage.
Measurement Inspection: Check garment measurements against approved specifications and size charts.
Appearance & Workmanship Inspection: Check stitching, seams, collar, cuffs, hems, stripes, embroidery, and overall garment appearance.
AQL Inspection: Apply AQL 2.5 / AQL 4.0 standards according to customer requirements.
Origin of Materials and Components
Raw Material Inspection: Check yarn quality, colour, composition and specifications before production.
Knitting Inspection: Monitor knitting
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
Packing Inspection: Check folding, labels, barcodes, quantities, carton packing, and shipping marks before dispatch.
Quality Records: Record inspection results and follow up on any non-conformities to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
